As design, such double confirm dialog should pop up each time you click the 'save', unless you check "not prompt within 30 minutes".

Known issue, please recheck on next beta(it should be fixed).

@huang1111, problem fixed for Chrome. You had revealed problem with file hashes. Our colleges from KSN trying to solve it for such cases in future.
