Not "should be", but "may be".  When someone report GUI bug - i check it on latest 21.4.4.* build - if can be reproduced, i contact collogues and ask them is't bug, or it be changed in a week/two.  P.S. I don't know who said: do not create localization bug earlier. If it was I, please accept my apologies. You can report any localization problem.

you can only complete so many changes in those builds in short time than move to another MR also keep maintains  previous MR, If your team are all superman. you even have no time to fix old bugs. I do not consider this method of program development a correct one.
