I already fixed my issues, it seems They were related to Windows NetWork configuration, did a reset (and setup a local fixed IP), uninstalled 2 VPNs apps, also deleted manually ALL Wintune Tunnel adapters, and then my Kaspersky again got the Home entry again, and InterNet entry got connected, and finally Smart Home Monitor working again.

@harlan4096 hello! sorry, i've missed this message. Can you please check it on new KES build and report a bug, if it still present in KES 14.

Update over previous build went ok.
