    It seems there is a new build, my current KTS2021 .33.1168 was removed automatically (even without asking my permission!!!!) [image: smiley-surprised.gif] and after reboot the system a new build has been installed BUT IT SEEMS IS IN GERMAN LANGUAGE when I had English installed [image: smiley-yell.gif] I could managed to change the language via SHIFT + F12! Also I had KTS2021 beta and the auto update has installed KAV2021 b37.1270 [image: smiley-yell.gif]

    After about 12 days monitoring this build I've realized that Rootkits scan is not being triggered any of the days, and this system usually is working for more than 14 hours a day... [image: smiley-undecided.gif]

    No luck, still the issue is there, both modules are enabled but seems the connection to the KP add-on in both browsers does not work... will report the issue + collect traces...

    Good afternoon, I downloaded KTS Beta and it works perfectly. But when downloading Kaspersky Password Manager, it tells me that the beta version is expired. I do not understand why it indicates to me that it is expired and I can not enjoy the 92 free days, if I just registered in a new account. On the other hand KTS Beta if it leaves me the 92 days of free trial. I have contacted Kaspersky technical support and their response has been that as it is a beta version it is out of Kaspersky Technical Support coverage. Can anybody help me? Thank you. Please, excuse me  for bad explanations. We need Virtual machine only if you can reproduce dump and crashes of our product, Other situations don't need VM PC. As I can understand - in your case our product had installed successfully with avast without dump, what we are looking for,   I was surprised, that avast was not treated as a stopper for installation, so I had asked you to send traces of installation. Now I see - it's global situation, that we are installed normally with Avast. It's a question for product managers and analytics now.

    @ xzz123 Thank you very much for the information. I have uninstalled the safe boot of the BIOS, and I have been able to install the KTS Beta program without any problem. It works perfectly.A greeting.
