sadly it is stable reproduce in my environment
I collected another set of traces：
1 turn on traces
2 restart the product
3 open a payment website and let avp record it automaticly
4 try modify the record and press SAVE
5 the record is missing
6 restart the product, the record come back
7 turn off traces.
