Запустить установку гугл хром, запустить обновление баз продукта. После завершения обновления баз продукт выдаст баллун с запросом на перезапуск продукта. Воспроизвелось 2 раза.

upd: возможная причина ошибка во время обновления баз продукта.
Что то с базами не так. выдаёт ошибку обновления
