Reproduction steps:
Open the on-screen keyboard and move the mouse pointer over the screen keyboard at about the same speed. You will notice that the mouse's movement speed sometimes suddenly slows down and then suddenly increases.
Actual result:
There is a problem with the speed of the mouse moving within the on-screen keyboard.
Expected Result:
Move at normal speed
