Актуальный результат:
Полностью отключены верифаеры (батниками), при этом нагрузка от ksdeui.exe = 7-8%, постоянная.
В архиве трейсы продукта + xperf-трейсы.
Ожидаемый результат:
Нагрузки от ksdeui.exe не будет.
