New Setting in Application Control not showing in Final Version KTS2021MR2 (21.2.16.590)

Reproduction steps:
No special steps to reproduce, just go to Settings -> Protection -> Application Control.
This new feature in AC that was there until RC version is not in final version, why?
:Enhanced Application Control settings. Added setting: Delete rules for applications that have not been started for longer than.
