Bug showing Traffic Exclusion in Application Control

Reproduction steps:
This bug from K2021MR2 is still present in this K2021MR3 build:
Go to Application Control settings -> Mange Applications, open any application rules and create an exclusion for scan all traffic.
Actual result:
Setting an exclusion for Scan all traffic in Application Control is not saved correctly and after re visited the settings is showing always an exclusion for scan encrypted traffic...
The Exclusion is not showed correctly via Application Control rules, but it is showed correctly if We go to Settings -> Threats & Exclusions -> Specify Trusted Applications...

The issue is still there in the recent update 21.3.3.142...
