ГУЙ Kaspersky не определяет установлен ли ВПН-клиент или нет и предлагает его установить, даже, если он уже установлен, но не запущен:
Если же ВПН-клиент запущен, то предлагается его использовать (ожидаемое поведение):
Возможно, дубль, но лучше открыть тикет.
