Uninstall unsuccessful

When I try to uninstall the product there is abnormal phenomenon.
The avp service processes remain in background for long time.
than the uninstallation wizard pop up error.

unfortunate when I reboot and try uninstall again
the whole process went very smooth and swift.
may be there was something to do with the unwilling to quit avp service. uninstaller wizard cant wait too long than it gave an error.
