Com Surrogate process(DLLHost) from Kasperksy may lead explorer freeze

I notice that below phenomenon:

1. When I exit K product, The DLLHost process which shellex.dll injected to will not exit with the product service.
2. than I restart K product and try right click some files, in order to show K‘s context menu
3. this DLLHost process may freeze and lead explorer also freeze.
   
   from above image you can that task manager shows the COM Surrogate process is suspend

My mouse pointer keeps spinning, and the desktop becomes unresponsive. Clicking on any file with the mouse has no effect. At this point, you can end the dllhost process in the task manager, and the freeze will be resolved.
May be there are more delicated and specialized data needed by Dev. Please tell me.

If the DLLHost is not restart after the avp service restart,
the remaining DLLHost will malfunction and freeze after the avp service restart.
more precisely, the restarted avp and the remaining DLLHost will conflict. DLLHost will freeze.
Terminate the remaining DLLHost and right-click any file to make a restart of DLLHost will fix the problem.

Looks like I encountered similar problem in 21.26。I exit K product and restart it, than I encountered
explorer and DLLhost freeze.
I do not remember similar problem before.

maybe developers need more data.

I also report this problem using another set of traces to tech support
they give me an ID 10664275
