      Hello

      I use real PC to run all tests.

      Do you need a screenshot of the error?

      you can check these: Two methods opening protected browser, but both of them failed.

        thanks, but screenshot is not enough here.

        I've found bug in our bugtracker.  This dump and safe browser error are parts of one problem. And our developers asks for vmware snapshot to reproduce it in our lab.

          So, I am supposed to try to reproduce this problem in a virtuemachine, than I upload that virtue image, than you can work on the exact same environment?

          Quite a difficult task......May take me one or two days to accomplish it...have never done that before

          or, there is really not another method that you can obtain necessary data?

            @xzz123, it's ok,  take your time. It will be great if you reproduce it on Virtual PC!

              @xzz123 as i can see in bug history it has several dumps and traces from different PCs,  but without Virtual PC developers cannot find exact problem.

                @dmitriy-pisarets

                hi

                Does the dev need a specific hardware compatibility of the virtue machine?

                Such as, workstation 15.x, or 14.x, 13.x, 12.x and so on? I just installed Vmware waorkstation ver15.0.2.

                    Hello

                    Mission accomplished

                    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yZmRnR5ZCOo41GUufz9r16M3Fg02EJT9/view?usp=sharing

                    there are already some traces in the virtual machine which from the installation till a success reproduce.

                    And I found that if I do not run update, the bug can not be reproduced. If I update the databases and reboot, the problem will occur
