But I've found something interesting: I had to disable K. Self-Defense service (as in every beta update, to delete App. Verif keys and reboot), and I found that NO WARNINGS in K. GUI about Self-Defense, only if I specifically go to Performance Settings, then I got a red warning in that Settings section, but not in Main GUI -> Notification Center -> Status nor in Windows K. taskbar icon 🤔
Is it by design or should I create a bug Report?

Same for me. Saw it on previous build, that the Self-Defense is without a warning disabled. Then i saw your post. ;)

@dmitriy-pisarets After 3 restarts, i can NOT reproduce that problem. For me is all ok in this RC.

I beg your pardon. I did not know that the problem I found was already discussed in this thread. If I had seen the discussion before, I wouldn't have posted a bug report.

Yes, still not in many countries of EU, included mine (Spain) :) that's why I'm using official 21.7 from UK in my systems :)
