Installed over previous 21.26 beta build without issues.
-
It installed without any apparent issues. However, the installation process keeps running in the background. But I assume this is already a known issue.
-
-
Hello, may I ask whether this issue can be resolved?
- Over the past two days, my Kaspersky beta versions "26 & 27" have encountered errors that cause the computer to go to a black screen and freeze.
- After analyzing the
.dmpfiles with AI, the issue was identified as originating from Kaspersky. The AI also recommended reporting this to Kaspersky's official support first. - The relevant
.dmpfiles, AI analysis reports, and supplementary documentation regarding the overall incident have been uploaded to the link below:- Gofile: https://gofile.io/d/V2Fr6z
-
Additionally, through AI analysis, I discovered that there are residual drivers from multiple previous versions of Kaspersky on my computer, for example:
klupd_K4W-21-15_arkmon.sysklupd_K4W-21-19_arkmon.sys
-
My current driver version is:
klupd_K4W-21-27_arkmon.sys -
At this point, I would like to first use the uninstall function within System Settings to remove the
21.27version. -
After that, I plan to clean up the residual drivers from older versions of Kaspersky.
- Once the environment has been thoroughly cleaned, I will reinstall the
21.27version.
- Once the environment has been thoroughly cleaned, I will reinstall the
-
May I ask, assuming no damage to the system, what would be a recommended approach for the cleanup?

@GalaxyP, hello!
Unfortunately I cannot reach files with your link. Can you please reupload it?
Dumps should not make damage to your system, it is emergency log made by OS, which can be sent to developers to find the cause. So you can return to official release version and use it normally. -

Please check whether the following link is available for download:
-
I am not certain where exactly the problem lies; this symptom appeared suddenly.
- The previous Kaspersky beta version "21.26" had been functioning normally.
- This symptom did not appear until the day before I switched to Kaspersky beta version "21.27".
-
Regarding the cleanup matter mentioned later, what I am actually seeking guidance on is how to safely remove outdated driver versions.

@kaidanalenko1987, hello!
Links are correct and all files are available for downloading. -
I am having problems installing over previous version or fresh install. It says "Cannot connect to the application installation source."
@amnher Hello!
As I can understand, that may be caused by using arm build for usual x86 PC. So installer tries to download correct x86 version of the build from main official server, but cannot find it because it's beta and there is no builds of this version. -
