When testing a security product, I think it's easy to focus mainly on whether it detects threats and whether everything works technically. But the everyday user experience seems just as important, especially when a product is going to be used by people who aren't particularly technical.

For example, a feature can work perfectly but still be difficult to understand if the interface is too complicated or important settings are buried several menus deep. During beta testing, how much attention do you normally pay to usability issues such as navigation, wording, notifications, and the overall clarity of the interface? Do you consider these issues as important as reporting actual bugs?
